Administrative Assistant in Real Estate
REQUIREMENTS for the telework position:
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of official OACIQ documents (brokerage contracts, purchase agreements, amendments, etc.).
• Solid expertise in using platforms such as EZMAX, Centris, Matrix, Instanet Forms, Authentisign, and Immocontacts.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive) and Google Calendar.
• Holding a residential broker’s license is an asset but not mandatory.

- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Autonomous mindset and capacity to handle multiple files simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in administrative task execution.
SALARY:
Competitive salary + bonuses
WORK HOURS:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (telework).
Must be available a few hours in the evening (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM) for emergencies and occasionally on weekends (telework).
